Responsible for establishing and leading project control functions to ensure the successful execution of project schedules, budgets, and reporting frameworks across the company’s portfolio. Overseeing planning, scheduling, cost forecasting, and budget control activities. Leading risk management and resource planning (Manpower Forecasting/Equipment Forecasting). Ensuring timely and accurate project reporting to stakeholders. Collaborating with project teams and functional departments related to Schedule development, updates, and critical path analysis and cost control, resource tracking, and project risk assessments

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction/project management

• Project Management Certifications (PEng, AACE, PMP-PMI ) are highly preferred

• Minimum 15+ years of progressive experience in project and commercial management and EPC Project in oil and gas sector

• Exceptional leadership and people management skills

• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting

• Deep understanding of the complexities of project execution, PM systems and commercial management within the EPC Sector

• Willing to be assigned in Project Site (remote area)
