Career Objective

Supervise the execution and monitoring of projects and construction works, ensuring they are implemented according to the approved engineering plans and specifications, while adhering to quality, schedules, and specified budgets.

Duties and Responsibilities

Supervise the execution of civil and construction works at project sites.

Review engineering plans and ensure they conform to technical specifications.

Monitor the work of contractors and subcontractors and ensure the quality of execution.

Monitor the project schedule and completion rates.

Survey quantities and prepare and review invoices.

Coordinate with consultants, suppliers, and relevant authorities.

Prepare periodic reports on work progress and completion rates.

Monitor project costs and work on reducing waste.

Ensure the implementation of safety and quality requirements at work sites.

Address technical and engineering problems and follow up on the implementation of solutions.

Receive executed works and ensure they conform to approved plans and specifications.

Follow up on site requirements for materials, equipment, and labor.

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

Valid membership in the Saudi Council of Engineers.

Practical experience of no less than 5 years in the contracting field.

Experience in supervising the implementation of projects and construction works.

Proficiency in reading engineering plans and monitoring execution quality.
