Job description

• Manage database systems and oversee their operation and maintenance to ensure stability.
• Install and configure database systems while monitoring their performance.
• Execute regular backup procedures and recover data as needed.
• Monitor database performance and troubleshoot issues and technical faults.
• Implement data security policies and manage access rights to databases.
• Enhance query performance and database efficiency to ensure operational speed and effectiveness.
• Keep up with updates to database systems and apply necessary improvements.
• Ensure data integrity, completeness, and availability on a continuous basis.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of experience in database management.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL systems.
• Proficiency in SQL and query management.
• Understanding of database security concepts and backup/recovery processes.
• Analytical skills for problem-solving and teamwork.
