We’re Hiring | Senior Manager – Façade Engineering

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Façade Engineering to join one of Saudi Arabia’s major mixed-use development programmes, featuring commercial, entertainment, sports, and infrastructure developments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead façade engineering design reviews and technical coordination throughout project delivery.
• Oversee façade design development, ensuring compliance with project specifications, international standards, and local regulations.
• Manage design consultants and coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams.
• Review technical submissions, identify design risks, and recommend effective solutions.
• Support value engineering, design approvals, and construction delivery.
• Ensure façade engineering deliverables meet project quality, cost, and schedule requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Façade Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 10–12+ years of relevant experience in façade engineering and design management.
• Proven experience delivering high-rise commercial towers or large-scale mixed-use developments.
• Strong technical knowledge of façade systems, including curtain walls and building envelope solutions.
• Demonstrated experience in technical design reviews and consultant management.
• Experience working on large-scale or giga-projects.
• Previous experience in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East is preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
