Role Overview
Trades App is looking for a qualified HR Specialist to manage core HR operations in Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves responsibilities such as recruitment, training, employee development, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying hiring needs to candidate selection.
- Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing guidance and support where needed.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and applicable labor regulations.
- Maintain employee files and ensure personnel records are accurate and up to date.
- Contribute to recruitment strategies to attract and retain qualified talent.
- Provide HR advice and guidance to management on employee-related matters.
Qualifications and Experience
Candidates should possess 3-5 years of experience in human resources. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing HR operations and a strong understanding of HR best practices.
Work Location
This full-time position is based in Medina, Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia.
