Job description

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Home Healthcare Assistant to join their team in Riyadh.

Provide safe, compassionate, and dignified personal care to patients in their homes. Assist with daily living activities, hygiene, mobility, nutrition, and comfort while monitoring patients' conditions, following the approved care plan, and reporting any changes to the HHC Nursing Supervisor. Ensure patient safety, infection control, and respectful care while supporting patients and their families.

Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties Leadership

Assist patients with daily personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

Support patient mobility, transfers, and repositioning to ensure comfort and safety.

Assist with meals, feeding, and fluid intake according to the prescribed care plan.

Monitor and record vital signs as instructed by the HHC nurse.

Observe changes in patients' health conditions and report them promptly to the nursing supervisor.

Follow infection control procedures and maintain a clean and safe home care environment.

Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.

Support family members in maintaining continuity of daily patient care.

Maintain accurate records of care provided during each shift.

Adhere to patient confidentiality, dignity, and safety policies.

• Diploma in Patient Care.

  
  

• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate.

  
  

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  
  

• Knowledge of basic patient care, hygiene, and infection control.

  
  

• Ability to assist patients with mobility and daily living activities.

  
  

• Compassion, patience, and a strong sense of responsibility.

  
  

• Good Arabic communication skills; basic English is an advantage.

  
  

• Willingness to work rotating shifts and provide home visits.
