The Role

Airswift is seeking an Organizational Psychology & Change Management Consultant for a contract position in Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on delivering outcomes through expertise in organizational psychology, behavioral science, and change management. The consultant will support large industrial organizations in the GCC region to achieve sustainable transformation by embedding new behaviors, strengthening leadership capabilities, and improving workforce engagement. The work involves large-scale transformation programs within sectors such as oil & gas, petrochemicals, mining & metals, and manufacturing, helping clients translate strategy into adoption and lasting cultural change.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead organizational psychology and change management workstreams within client transformation programs.
• Apply behavioral science principles to improve safety culture, workforce engagement, and leadership effectiveness.
• Design and facilitate workshops, assessments, focus groups, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Translate behavioral insights and organizational diagnostics into practical interventions and implementation plans.
• Support the design and execution of change strategies that accelerate workforce adoption of new ways of working.
• Partner with senior leaders to build commitment, alignment, and ownership for transformation initiatives.
• Measure and evaluate change outcomes, adoption rates, and cultural transformation progress.
• Mentor consulting teams and contribute to the development of methodologies, tools, and intellectual property.
• Support business development and proposal activities related to organizational transformation and culture change.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of proven experience as an Organizational Psychology, Behavioral Science, or Change Management professional within consulting or large industrial organizations.
• Demonstrated success supporting large-scale transformation programs across the GCC region.
• Experience within oil & gas, petrochemicals, mining & metals, manufacturing, or other asset-intensive industries.
• Strong track record of translating transformation strategies into measurable workforce adoption and sustained behavior change.
• Experience designing and implementing employee engagement, culture change, leadership development, and safety improvement initiatives.
• Exposure to safety-critical environments and behavioral approaches to risk reduction and performance improvement.

Required Capabilities

• Deep expertise in organizational psychology, behavioral science, and change management methodologies.
• Strong understanding of how human behavior influences safety, operational performance, and organizational culture.
• Ability to design and deliver behavioral interventions that create measurable business outcomes.
• Excellent facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and executive communication skills.
• Ability to influence senior leaders while building trust with frontline teams.
• Strong analytical capability with experience interpreting organizational and behavioral data.

Work Environment and Mobility

The role requires strong analytical thinking, a curious mindset, and the ability to work effectively in diverse, international environments. The consultant should be comfortable engaging with stakeholders, solving complex problems, and contributing to meaningful outcomes. Extensive travel across the GCC and internationally is required.
