Job Role

The Legal Specialist will be responsible for providing legal support to the company, drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements, preparing legal memos, and ensuring the company's compliance with relevant laws and regulations, contributing to protecting interests and reducing legal risks

Job Tasks

Preparing, drafting, and reviewing commercial and real estate contracts and agreements

Preparing legal memos and following up on cases when necessary

Providing legal advice to various departments

Reviewing legal risks and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations

Coordinating with government entities and legal advisors when necessary

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Law or Regulations

5 years or more of experience in the field of legal affairs

Practical experience in drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements

Experience in preparing legal memos

Previous experience in the real estate sector is preferred

Excellent legal drafting and analytical skills
