About the role

The Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for managing spot sales activities, preparing proposals and presentations, and ensuring accurate handling of quotations and documentation. The role supports the sales team by identifying growth opportunities and providing seamless customer experience to strengthen business relationships.

What you will do

• Spot Sales Management:

Identify, pursue, and secure export business opportunities to achieve sales targets

• Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with logistic providers and overseas partners to ensure long-term business growth.

• Quotations & Documentation:

Prepare and manage customer quotations, ensure timely follow-up, and handle related documentation with accuracy.

• Coordination with Agents:

Collaborate with overseas agents to manage and facilitate export processes, documentation, local charges and compliance.

• Internal Collaboration:

Work closely with sales operation and customer service & operations to ensure seamless and timely service delivery.

• Market Intelligence:

Monitor international market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to provide input for sales strategy.

• Reporting:

Prepare regular sales performance reports and provide insights for management decision-making.

• System & Data Management:

Update CRM or manual tools and internal systems with customer requirements, ensuring alignment with sales team inputs.

• Forecast & Pipeline:

All Sales members are required to submit weekly forecast to the sales operations in order to get alignment and approvals for space and equipment.

Each sales member needs to submit quarterly forecast to align with the budget requirement by lane by customer.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics or a related field
• +5 Years of experience in sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer-handling skills
• Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
