Responsibilities

• Provide onsite L1/L2 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Support Microsoft 365, Teams, and video-conferencing equipment.
• Perform hardware installation, configuration, replacement, and preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity and perform basic network checks.
• Coordinate technical escalations with network, infrastructure, security, and vendor teams.
• Maintain technical records and support operational procedures.

Requirements

• Diploma degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ Yrs. of experience in Field Support.
• CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent certification.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
• Hands-on experience in desktop hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, end-user devices, and basic networking.
• Fluency in spoken and written Arabic and English.
