Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Assist in recruitment processes, from posting job advertisements to scheduling interviews.
• Update and maintain employee records and personal files with high accuracy.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.
• Track leave requests, attendance, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate with relevant entities regarding medical insurance and employee logistics.
• Assist in organizing internal events and activities related to employee satisfaction.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Recent experience of one year or less (outstanding graduates are welcome).
• Full proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Familiarity with Saudi labor laws and regulations.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with various personality types.
• High attention to detail and observation.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
