Job description

• Supervision of the installation and assembly of exhibition wings, decorations, and structures.
• Monitoring installation teams and technicians, distributing tasks according to the work plan.
• Ensuring compliance of installation work with approved designs and engineering drawings.
• Reading technical drawings and identifying installation requirements and necessary materials.
• Monitoring the supply of materials and equipment, ensuring their readiness before installation begins.
• Coordinating with designers, engineers, project managers, and organizing entities.
• Monitoring the quality of work and ensuring compliance with technical specifications.
• Tracking the timeline and ensuring installation tasks are completed before the exhibition opening date.
• Addressing technical and logistical issues and taking appropriate corrective actions.
• Supervising dismantling and decommissioning activities after completion of the project.
• Ensuring the application of safety regulations within work sites.
• Preparing periodic reports on work progress and operational needs.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in engineering or interior design or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of two years of experience in the installation of exhibition wings or related equipment and decorations.
• Experience in supervising work teams and technicians and field workers.
• Good knowledge of construction materials, fittings, and structures used in exhibition wings.
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with installation tools and safety procedures.
• Time management skills and ability to monitor work execution according to specified schedules.
• Willingness to work in the field and move between project sites.
