About the Role
Hyatt is seeking a Guest Service Officer to deliver high-quality spa services and ensure an exceptional guest experience. This is a full-time position requiring 2-5 years of relevant experience.
Role Overview
The Guest Service Officer is responsible for providing a range of spa treatments in a professional and comfortable environment. This role emphasizes maintaining hygiene standards, upholding guest privacy, and collaborating with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver various spa services, including body treatments, massages, facials, waxing, and aromatherapy, ensuring guest safety and comfort.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic treatment room in adherence to established standards and procedures.
- Uphold the highest standards of guest privacy and confidentiality at all times.
- Collaborate effectively with other spa professionals to ensure a seamless and positive guest experience.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and product knowledge updates as required.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor, consistently providing exceptional customer service.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and standards, including health and safety regulations.
Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a similar guest service or spa therapist role.
- Demonstrated ability to perform a variety of spa treatments.
- Strong understanding of hygiene and safety protocols within a spa environment.
Required Skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and discretion.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
