We're Hiring! | Senior SAP HCM Migration & S/4HANA Payroll Consultant


Company: Seppin Labs


Location: Saudi Arabia (KSA) & Remote (India)
Experience: 8+ Years
Project Duration: 10-12 Months
Work Model: Hybrid (Onsite in KSA and Remote from India)


Key Responsibilities


  • Lead SAP ECC HCM to S/4HANA migration activities.
  • Implement and configure SAP HCM Payroll.
  • Handle payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types, data migration, and reconciliation.
  • Support Saudi Arabia payroll requirements and statutory processes.
  • Manage testing, parallel payroll runs, cutover, go-live, and post-go-live support.
  • Collaborate with customer stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Desired Candidate Profile

Mandatory Requirements


8+ years of SAP HCM experience.
Strong hands-on experience in SAP HCM migration projects.
Proven SAP HCM Payroll implementation experience.
Knowledge of Saudi Arabia payroll requirements.
Arabic and English communication skills are mandatory.
Willingness to travel to KSA for several months and work remotely from India during other project phases.
