Position Summary

We are seeking experienced Wireline Engineers with a strong background in open hole logging operations to support onshore and offshore well evaluation projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and supervising advanced wireline logging services while ensuring compliance with company, client, and industry safety standards.

The role requires extensive experience in formation evaluation, pressure testing, and fluid sampling operations within challenging drilling and reservoir environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute open hole wireline logging operations safely and efficiently.
• Plan and conduct Quad Combo logging programs.
• Perform formation pressure testing and fluid sampling operations.
• Ensure accurate acquisition and quality control of logging data.
• Support pre-job planning, tool preparation, and post-job reporting.
• Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot operational issues.
• Collaborate with drilling, geology, petrophysics, and reservoir teams.
• Maintain compliance with HSE policies and operational procedures.
• Participate in equipment maintenance, testing, and calibration activities.
• Prepare detailed operational and technical reports.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering, Geoscience, Physics, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of wireline experience.
• Strong experience in:
  • Open Hole Logging
  • Quad Combo Services
  • Formation Pressure Testing
  • Fluid Sampling
• Ability to work independently in remote and challenging operating environments.
• Strong understanding of wireline data acquisition and quality assurance processes.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Position Summary

We are seeking experienced Wireline Crew Chiefs to lead open hole logging operations across complex drilling and reservoir evaluation projects. The successful candidate will provide operational leadership in the field, ensuring safe and efficient execution of wireline services while maintaining the highest standards of service quality and operational excellence.

This position requires extensive hands-on experience in open hole logging and the ability to supervise crews during critical formation evaluation activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise wireline crews during field operations.
• Execute open hole logging programs in accordance with client requirements and company standards.
• Ensure safe execution of Quad Combo logging, pressure testing, and sampling operations.
• Coordinate personnel, equipment, and logistics for wireline jobs.
• Monitor operational performance and provide technical guidance to crew members.
• Ensure proper maintenance, calibration, and readiness of wireline equipment.
• Conduct pre-job risk assessments and safety meetings.
• Maintain service quality, operational integrity, and data reliability.
• Prepare operational reports and communicate project updates to management.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers and crew members.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of wireline experience.
• Extensive open hole logging experience.
• Proven experience leading wireline field crews.
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Quad Combo Logging
  • Formation Pressure Testing
  • Fluid Sampling Operations
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory capabilities.
• Strong troubleshooting and decision-making skills.
