About the Role

Ruya Recruitment is seeking a Head of Business Development for a confidential Saudi financial services organization. This full-time position is based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, with responsibilities spanning both Jeddah and Riyadh. The role is central to the organization's growth strategy, focusing on expanding its lending and loans portfolio.

Role Context and Objectives

The Head of Business Development will report to the Chief Commercial Officer and will be responsible for leading strategic partnerships and product development initiatives. This position is designed for a commercially driven leader who can establish high-value partnerships and transform new channels into sustainable revenue streams, aligning with the organization's ambitious growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and scale strategic partnerships with commercial brands, platforms, banks, and organizations across various sectors.
• Develop new digital distribution channels and integrate lending products into partner platforms and applications.
• Lead the development, launch, and optimization of lending and loan products based on customer and market demand.
• Drive commercial performance, including partner-generated leads, loan conversions, revenue, and year-on-year growth.
• Expand banking partnerships and lead the business development team, coordinating with Product, Marketing, and Technology departments.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in business development leadership.
• Strong background in lending, strategic partnerships, product development, and digital distribution.
