The Role of Metrology / CMM Programmer
TRIGO is seeking Metrology / CMM Programmers to join its team in Makkah, specifically covering Jeddah and Makkah cities. This full-time role involves developing and maintaining dimensional measurement programs and supporting various inspection activities. Candidates should possess 3-5 years of experience in a relevant field.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, prove-out, optimize, maintain, and revise CMM / dimensional measurement programs based on CAD, drawings, and inspection plans.
- Perform online/offline programming as applicable, execute measurement routines, validate results, and issue inspection reports.
- Conduct CAD-to-measurement comparisons and support first-off, launch, troubleshooting, and serial inspection activities.
- Support program correlation, repeatability, measurement strategy optimization, and reduction of inspection bottlenecks.
Required Experience and Expertise
- 3-5 years of experience in metrology or CMM programming.
- Demonstrated expertise in relevant software for dimensional measurement.
- Experience with various measurement equipment.
Work Location
This full-time position is based in the Makkah region, covering operations in Jeddah and Makkah.
