About the Role

Chalhoub Group is seeking an Assistant Manager Distribution Center Tawreed to oversee daily operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves managing warehouse activities, inventory, order fulfillment, dispatch, and fleet coordination within a bonded warehouse environment. The Assistant Manager will lead shift teams and ensure operational efficiency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee efficient and accurate daily operations of the Distribution Center.
• Manage warehouse activities, inventory control, and order fulfillment.
• Coordinate dispatch and fleet operations.
• Lead and manage shift teams.
• Optimize resource utilization within the Distribution Center.
• Maintain established service standards.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality requirements, and bonded warehouse regulations.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience is required.
• Demonstrated ability to manage distribution center operations.
• Experience in leading teams and optimizing resources.
• Familiarity with bonded warehouse regulations and quality standards.

Work Environment

This position operates within a bonded warehouse environment. Availability for day or night shifts is required, determined by operational schedules.
