The Role: Sales Operations Support Specialist

Modex Solution is seeking a Sales Operations Support Specialist for a full-time, on-site position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role acts as a critical link between the sales, manufacturing, and site execution teams, ensuring the sales pipeline remains accurate, efficient, and well-documented. The specialist supports the operational aspects of the sales process to facilitate smooth transitions and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage lead intake, quotation processes, and Bill of Quantity (BOQ) coordination.
• Ensure timely follow-up on proposals and contracts.
• Facilitate seamless handovers between sales, manufacturing workshops, and site execution to ensure smooth order processing.
• Maintain data hygiene and pipeline tracking within Odoo (CRM & ERP) systems.
• Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and prepare comprehensive sales reports.
• Follow up on milestone invoices and delivery notes, and maintain organized contract archives.
• Resolve operational issues impacting customer satisfaction and support improvements to sales workflows.
• Handle internal and external communications related to sales operations.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of relevant experience in sales operations or a similar support role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage sales pipeline accuracy and documentation.
• Experience with CRM and ERP systems, preferably Odoo.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires close collaboration with sales, manufacturing, and site execution teams within a dynamic operational environment.
