About the Role

The Successful Communication Center for Special Needs Care is looking for a Psychologist to join its team in Makkah. This full-time role focuses on understanding human behavior and psychological interactions, while contributing to the preparation and maintenance of specialized reports. The role requires 0 to 1 year of experience.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Conduct research on psychological activity patterns among individuals and uncover laws and principles that explain individual behavior and interaction with surrounding stimuli.
• Study all aspects of psychological life by analyzing different behavioral aspects such as motor, mental, emotional, and social dimensions.
• Study learning principles for human learning cases and their multiple forms.
• Implement field studies to administer intelligence and performance tests with the aim of measuring patterns of mental and psychological development.
• Study general principles and laws to derive the distinctive foundations of human behavior.
• Analyze and develop social trends and values based on information derived from observation, monitoring, or field research and experiments.
• Study and develop theories and applied uses in the field of behavior modification.
• Study the biological foundations of behavior by identifying parts of the nervous system and their impact on behavior.
• Prepare specialized psychological documents and reports, provide appropriate recommendations and solutions, present and clarify them, and store them in the private database according to approved policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

• Practical experience ranging from 0 to 1 year in psychology or a related field.
• Ability to conduct research and field studies.
• Strong analytical skills to understand and interpret human behavior.

Required Skills

• Excellent skills in preparing and writing specialized reports.
• Ability to effectively present and explain information.
• Commitment to approved policies and procedures for data and document storage.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Makkah. The psychologist will work within a specialized team at the Successful Communication Center for Special Needs Care.
