About the Role

Alesayi Holding is seeking a Business Development Supervisor to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is essential for supporting commercial operations by providing in-depth sales analysis, performance reporting, and market intelligence. The supervisor will work closely with commercial teams to monitor business performance and deliver insights that inform management decisions.

Role Context

The Business Development Supervisor will be responsible for analyzing sales data, generating performance reports, and developing dashboards to track key commercial metrics. This position involves monitoring competitor activities and supporting strategic business planning with accurate data, ensuring that commercial teams have the necessary information to optimize performance and achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports.
• Develop and maintain dashboards covering sales volume, market share, stock levels, pipeline, and target achievement.
• Analyze actual performance against established budgets and targets.
• Monitor competitor pricing, product models, campaigns, and overall market activities.
• Support business plans, forecasts, and business cases with accurate data.
• Maintain accurate CRM and business development records.
• Coordinate data collection efforts with Sales, Aftersales, Finance, Marketing, and branch teams.
• Improve and automate reporting processes using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience is required for this role.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within Alesayi Holding. The role involves collaboration with various commercial and operational teams across the organization.
