About the Role

Cander is seeking an experienced SAP HCM Consultant for a 4–5-month contract implementation project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves supporting a client, specifically a Saudi government entity, in implementing SAP HCM solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in SAP HCM, with a focus on Saudi-specific payroll, end-of-service benefits, actuarial calculations, and HR system integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and configuration of SAP HCM modules in alignment with Saudi government HR requirements.
• Configure and maintain SAP Payroll, including Saudi-specific payroll regulations and calculations.
• Implement and support End-of-Service Benefits (EOSB) calculations and related processes.
• Work on actuarial calculations and integrations with relevant systems.
• Manage SAP HCM integrations with other enterprise systems and HR applications.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP HCM solutions.
• Troubleshoot functional and technical issues throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 6 years of hands-on SAP HCM experience.
• Previous SAP HCM implementation experience with Saudi government entities.
• Strong expertise in Saudi Payroll, End-of-Service Benefits (EOSB), actuarial calculations, and SAP HCM integrations.
• Good understanding of Saudi government HR processes and regulations.
• Experience with at least 2–3 relevant SAP HCM implementations.

Mandatory Requirements

• Fluent Arabic speaker.
• Currently based in Saudi Arabia with a valid, transferable Saudi Iqama.
• Available to work onsite at the client's premises in Riyadh.

This is a contract position for a duration of 4–5 months, requiring onsite presence at the client's location in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
