Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead and oversee the company's financial operations, ensuring financial sustainability, regulatory compliance, effective financial controls, and optimal financial performance.

The role is responsible for managing financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, accounting operations, taxation, treasury, procurement controls, and audit activities. The Finance Manager will provide strategic financial insights to senior management, support business decisions, identify opportunities for cost optimization, and maximize the company's financial performance and return on investment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Management & Accounting

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and cash flow management.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial transactions in compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Review journal entries, financial records, and accounting reconciliations.
• Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
• Monitor banking transactions, cash transfers, and branch rental payments to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.

2. Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Analyze income statements, balance sheets, revenues, gross profit, and net profit.
• Monitor financial performance against budgets and previous periods, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.
• Develop management reports and cost accounting reports to support business decisions.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.

3. Budgeting & Financial Planning

• Lead the annual budgeting process and periodic financial forecasting.
• Monitor OPEX and CAPEX expenditures against approved budgets.
• Develop financial forecasts and evaluate financial performance.
• Conduct cost reduction and profitability analysis across business operations.
• Support investment decisions through financial analysis and performance evaluation.

4. Taxation & Regulatory Compliance

• Oversee tax planning, tax reporting, and tax compliance in accordance with Saudi regulations.
• Ensure timely preparation and submission of VAT, withholding tax, and other applicable tax and Zakat declarations.
• Monitor updates to ZATCA regulations and ensure proper implementation.
• Review tax calculations, financial records, and related reporting requirements.
• Coordinate with relevant authorities and external tax advisors when required.

5. Treasury & Banking

• Oversee banking operations, cash transfers, and payment processes.
• Ensure proper management of company funds and banking transactions.
• Maintain effective relationships with banking institutions.
• Ensure payment processes comply with company policies and approved financial procedures.

6. Procurement & Financial Controls

• Oversee the financial aspects of purchasing and procurement activities.
• Ensure purchase orders, quotations, and payment approvals comply with company policies and procedures.
• Monitor supplier payments and procurement-related financial commitments.
• Oversee inventory reconciliations and ensure accurate recording of company assets.
• Ensure proper financial control over CAPEX purchases and asset receiving procedures.

7. Audit & Internal Controls

• Lead and coordinate internal and external audit activities.
• Ensure strong internal controls and compliance with IFRS and applicable regulations.
• Coordinate with external auditors, accounting firms, and relevant authorities.
• Review audit findings and ensure appropriate corrective actions are implemented.

8. Leadership & Team Management

• Lead, manage, and develop the finance team.
• Set performance objectives and ensure effective execution of departmental responsibilities.
• Provide coaching, training, and professional development opportunities.
• Promote accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Master's degree or professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA are preferred.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience in accounting and financial management.
• At least 5 years of experience in a Finance Manager or equivalent managerial position.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Good knowledge of Saudi tax regulations, ZATCA requirements, VAT, and withholding tax.
• Experience in treasury management, procurement controls, and financial auditing.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
