Job description

We are seeking a Regional Manager with experience in managing and optimizing supply chains, responsible for overseeing a group of branches and ensuring operational efficiency, achieving sales and financial targets, and enhancing the quality of services and products while leading and developing branch managers and teams.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage daily operational activities for the branches under the region and supervise teams while distributing tasks.
2. Monitor branch managers' performance and ensure sales and operational targets are met based on established performance indicators.
3. Oversee inventory, expenses, and labor while working to improve operational efficiency.
4. Ensure compliance with quality standards, food safety, cleanliness, policies, and procedures.
5. Analyze performance data and prepare regular reports, providing recommendations to management.
6. Develop team performance and provide ongoing guidance and training to enhance productivity.
7. Address operational issues and customer complaints while enhancing customer satisfaction levels.
8. Coordinate with supporting departments, including human resources, finance, procurement, and maintenance, to ensure smooth operations.
9. Conduct regular field visits to branches to assess performance and identify improvement and development opportunities.
10. Monitor competitors and market trends, proposing initiatives that contribute to business growth and achieving company objectives.
