About the Role

Zahran Operation and Maintenance Company is looking for a Call Center Clerk to join its team in Riyadh. The incumbent will be responsible for handling customer requests and inquiries over the phone, providing information about products and services, as well as preparing daily reports. This is a full-time position requiring two to five years of experience.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Receive incoming requests via telephone, respond to basic customer inquiries, and provide marketing information about the organization's products and services.
• Make outgoing calls for telemarketing purposes, handle customer relations, provide product services, and follow up on debt collection.
• Escalate calls that require additional information or technical responses to the next level to ensure complex customer needs are met.
• Prepare detailed daily reports including total call counts, answered calls, lead follow-up schedules, and customers who require additional information or services.
• Strict adherence to the company's approved procedural manuals, policies, and regulatory procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

• Work experience ranging from two to five years in the field of call centers or customer service.
• Ability to handle incoming and outgoing calls effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present information clearly.

Work Environment

This opportunity is available in the city of Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, on a full-time basis. You will work within the call center team to provide support to customers.
