About the Role

Gulf Catering Company is looking for a Waiter to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on providing food service to patients and staff, while ensuring adherence to health and professional standards. The role requires 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Participate in preparing ready-made meal supplies on the distribution line.
• Deliver meal carts to patient wards and distribute ready-made meals to patients and companions.
• Collect trays and carts from patient wards and transport them to the kitchen washing area.
• Distribute ready-made meals in the dining hall (cafeteria) to nursing staff and shift workers.
• Apply health requirements during all stages of work.
• Interact with tact and professionalism when serving meals to recipients.
• Hand over distribution carts free of any food items to cleaning staff.
• Verify the temperature of ready-made meal distribution carts before distribution.
• Contribute to work and meal development, and provide suggestions and solutions to the site manager.

Qualifications and Experience

• Practical experience ranging from 0 to 1 year in the field of catering or customer service.
• Ability to work within a team and in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to hygiene and food safety standards.

Required Skills

Work Environment

The waiter works in a catering and healthcare environment, which requires strict adherence to health protocols and service standards. The position is full-time in the city of Riyadh.
