About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor market dynamics and analyze competitor activities to ensure competitiveness.
• Handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Perform clerical and administrative tasks, including opening records and files manually and electronically.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0 to 1 year of practical experience in a related field.
• Ability to manage sales operations and communicate with customers.
• Good organizational skills to handle clerical work and records.

Work Environment

The Vehicle Rental Agent works in the city of Riyadh within the Masar Car Rental team. The position is full-time and requires presence in the showroom to manage daily operations and interact with customers.
