About the Role

Saudi Air Navigation Services (SANS) is seeking a Digital Network Lead to deliver and operate secure, resilient, and high-performance network and CCTV infrastructure. This full-time role is based in Saudi Arabia and is critical for enabling reliable user and application connectivity across both on-premises and cloud environments.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to ensure continuous availability, security, and compliance of SANS' network and CCTV systems. This involves proactive monitoring, automation, incident resolution, and maintaining audit readiness. The Digital Network Lead will also be responsible for integrated video surveillance systems, supporting operational continuity, privacy, and organizational safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver and operate secure, resilient, and high-performance network infrastructure.
• Manage and maintain CCTV infrastructure for SANS.
• Ensure reliable user and application connectivity across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Implement proactive monitoring and automation strategies for network and CCTV systems.
• Lead incident resolution efforts to minimize downtime and ensure system availability.
• Maintain audit readiness and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
• Oversee integrated video surveillance systems to support operational continuity.
• Ensure privacy and organizational safety requirements are met within surveillance systems.

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in network and CCTV infrastructure management.
• Demonstrated expertise in operating secure and resilient network environments.
• Experience with both on-premises and cloud network architectures.
• Proven ability to manage and resolve network incidents effectively.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position within Saudi Air Navigation Services, located in Saudi Arabia. The role requires a commitment to maintaining critical infrastructure that supports essential air navigation services.
