About the Role

Burji Tower Cranes Company is looking for an Accountant to join its team in Dammam, Eastern Province. This full-time role focuses on managing essential financial operations, including preparing accounting documents, tracking revenue, and auditing bank accounts. The role requires 0 to 1 year of experience, making it an ideal opportunity for accountants at the beginning of their professional career.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Preparing, organizing, and documenting disbursement vouchers, and following up on their auditing and approval by authorized regulatory bodies.
• Tracking revenue collection, documenting it, and analyzing it periodically.
• Preparing accounting entries and recording financial transactions in designated records.
• Auditing bank accounts and preparing necessary reconciliations with monthly reconciliation statements.
• Monitoring current and capital expenditures in accordance with the monthly financial position of budget items.
• Preparing the financial position and monthly summaries, in addition to preparing and organizing annual final accounts.
• Preparing specialized documents and reports related to expenditures and revenues and maintaining them in the database.

Developing Accounting Methods

The role includes the responsibility of developing the accounting methods and procedures used in the company. The job holder must keep pace with scientific and technical developments in the field of accounting to ensure the application of best practices and the improvement of the efficiency of financial operations.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0 to 1 year of experience in the field of accounting.
• Ability to prepare and organize financial documents accurately.
• Good skills in financial data analysis and report preparation.
• Commitment to accuracy and attention to detail in all accounting tasks.
