About the Role

Gulf Catering Company is looking for a Production Supervisor to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role aims to ensure the delivery of high-quality food services, with a focus on nutrition, safety, and quality standards, to achieve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nutritional guidance in the hospital in line with the company and nutrition department's directives.
• Supervise and train staff providing prepared meals.
• Full supervision of prepared meal distribution and arranging food items on patient trays and in the dining hall.
• Guide staff in the preparation and serving of prepared meals.
• Adhere to the client's occupational health and safety rules and regulations.
• Use correct personal protective equipment and maintain it in good condition.
• Conduct daily inspections of all areas to ensure that excellent hygiene standards are maintained.
• Supervise patient meals on the prepared meal distribution line.
• Contribute to work and meal development, and submit suggestions and solutions to the Site Manager.
• Coordinate with the Head Chef regarding the preparation of prepared meals and the appropriate portioning and presentation method.
• Interview meal recipients to learn their opinions on the appropriate way to serve the meal, in addition to working on the evaluation program provided by the company.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience ranging from 2 to 5 years in a related field.
• Ability to supervise and train a team.
• Strong understanding of nutrition, safety, and quality standards in food services.
