About the Role
lia is looking for a Social Media Specialist to join its team in Riyadh. The job holder is responsible for managing social media channels and building the company's digital presence. This role requires two to five years of experience in digital marketing and social media management and is available on a full-time basis with a salary ranging from 3,750 to 5,625 SAR.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Managing Social Media Platforms: Planning, scheduling, and publishing daily content across platforms such as Twitter/X, Instagram, and LinkedIn, in alignment with the company's identity.
- Preparing and Executing Advertising Campaigns: Designing and managing paid campaigns (PPC / Social Ads) to achieve company goals and increase Return on Investment (ROI).
- Content Creation: Collaborating with the design and copywriting team to produce creative and engaging ideas (visual and textual) that target the appropriate audience.
- Performance Analysis and Reporting: Monitoring and analyzing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) using analytical tools and submitting periodic reports to improve campaign results.
- Customer Service and Engagement: Managing engagement and responding to follower and customer inquiries via messages and comments to build a strong and sustainable relationship.
- Monitoring Digital Trends: Keeping up with the latest trends and digital marketing techniques and applying them to enhance the brand's digital presence.
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience: Proven experience of at least two to three years in digital marketing and social media management.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, or any relevant field.
Required Skills
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools, and paid advertising tools (such as Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
- Soft Skills: High artistic and creative sense, excellent writing and content drafting skills, and the ability to manage time and work within a team.
Work Environment
The Social Media Specialist works within a team in Riyadh, in a full-time work environment aimed at enhancing the company's digital presence and achieving its marketing goals.
Additional Information
The monthly salary for this role ranges between 3,750 and 5,625 SAR.
