Al Rifai Arabia is seeking a Customer Service Officer to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position for professionals with 2-5 years of experience in customer-facing roles.
Role Overview
The Customer Service Officer serves as a primary point of contact between the company and its customers. This role involves providing comprehensive support, information, and problem resolution through various channels, including in-person interactions, phone, and digital platforms. The core objective is to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line support by addressing customer inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor.
- Investigate and resolve complex customer issues, such as billing disputes or product malfunctions, and escalate unresolved matters to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Deliver accurate and detailed information regarding products, services, pricing, and company policies to customers.
- Collect and document customer feedback and suggestions, relaying these insights to relevant teams for service or product improvement.
- Ensure all customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions are accurately recorded and maintained within the customer service database.
Qualifications and Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required; a diploma in a service-related field is considered beneficial.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or customer-facing role.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency in using customer service software, ticketing systems, and standard office applications.
- Demonstrated ability to manage stressful situations and handle difficult customers with professionalism and grace.
