About the Role

The Centre Manager role involves operational leadership and oversight of daily centre, branch, or service operations. Candidates currently working in roles such as Centre Manager, Branch Manager, Operations Manager, or Team Leader are encouraged to apply. This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of five years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing teams and overseeing day-to-day centre, branch, or service operations.
• Ensuring effective service delivery and operational performance.
• Maintaining high standards of customer experience.
• Managing staffing, targets, and quality standards.
• Identifying and mitigating operational risks.
• Cultivating and managing stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of five years of relevant experience in operational leadership.
• Demonstrated experience managing teams and operations.
• Proven responsibility for service delivery, operational performance, and customer experience.
• Experience in managing staffing, targets, quality standards, risks, and stakeholder relationships.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Saudi national.
• Flexibility and willingness to relocate based on operational requirements.
