Join Globant as an Senior Operations Specialist to lead commercial health, client billing governance, and delivery operations for our technology and IT consulting accounts based in Riyadh .

Reporting directly to the Operations Director, you will bridge delivery teams and client commercial stakeholders, owning end-to-end billing cycles, purchase order (PO) burn, invoice collections, contract governance, and delivery margin optimization .

Key Responsibilities:

• Billing & Collections Management: Run the monthly billing cycle end-to-end, validate consultant timesheets and delivery milestones, track client PO consumption, and resolve invoicing disputes to drive down DSO .

• Contract Commercial Governance: Manage and defend contract mechanisms across Time & Materials, Fixed Capacity, and Managed Services structures . Coordinate change requests (CRs), scope extensions, and commercial rate card renewals .

• Margin & Account Financials: Partner with account delivery leads to monitor project actuals against forecasts, tracking account gross margins, billable utilization, and resource pyramid/location mix .

• Operational Reporting & Automation: Build operational and financial dashboards using Advanced Excel and Power BI, integrating modern AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) to streamline recurring operational reporting workflows .

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

• 5+ years of operational or project controls experience within IT services, technology systems integrators, or professional consulting firms .

• Direct hands-on background managing client-facing billing cycles, PO tracking, collections/DSO, and commercial service contracts .

• Proven familiarity with delivery models (T&M, Fixed Price, SOWs) and project margin/cost levers .

• Proficiency in Advanced Excel and Power BI for executive reporting .

• Full fluency in Arabic (native business proficiency required for local client interaction) and professional English .

• Must be currently resident in Riyadh and available for immediate on-site engagement .
