Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare and update records of purchasing, receiving, and issuing spare parts, both manually and electronically.
• Match received parts with purchase orders in terms of item and quantity, and document any discrepancies.
• Organize the storage of spare parts and designate their locations to facilitate easy access and issuance when needed.
• Communicate with suppliers to request price quotations and follow up on purchase orders and delivery schedules.

Requirements and Skills

• Valid driving license.
• Proficiency in report preparation.
• Good communication skills for coordinating with suppliers and the workshop team.
• Previous experience in the automotive spare parts field (essential requirement).
