Job Announcement – Electrical Engineer

The company announces its desire to recruit an Electrical Engineer with high technical proficiency and practical experience in executing and supervising electrical works and systems for construction and commercial projects, to work within the team of the company's new commercial building project.

Work Location: Madinah .

Project Details

• Commercial building consisting of 9 floors.
• 2 basements.
• Total area exceeding 2,100 square meters.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Supervise the execution of all electrical works and systems in the project according to approved drawings and technical specifications.
• Follow up on the execution of electrical power systems, lighting networks, electrical outlets, and distribution panels.
• Supervise Low Current systems, including surveillance, access control, communications, and alarm systems.
• Follow up on fire alarm systems and coordinate with the mechanical systems engineer regarding fire suppression systems.
• Review electrical drawings and ensure that executed works comply with specifications and the Saudi Building Code.
• Follow up on the work of contractors and consultants and ensure quality of execution and adherence to the schedule.
• Coordinate with civil, architectural, and mechanical engineers to resolve technical conflicts.
• Follow up on testing and commissioning and ensure the readiness of electrical systems before handover.
• Prepare periodic technical reports and track completion rates and operational observations.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Practical experience of at least 10 years in the field of electrical works for buildings.
• Proven experience in executing and supervising multi-story commercial building projects, preferably projects that include basements.
• Familiarity with electrical power systems, lighting, distribution panels, and low current systems.
• Ability to read and review drawings and technical specifications and resolve engineering conflicts.
• Knowledge of the Saudi Building Code and related technical requirements.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD and Microsoft Office, familiarity with design and electrical calculation software is preferred.
• High skills in supervision, coordination, and management of technical works.
