We are seeking an experienced API Management Engineer (L3) with strong expertise in Google Apigee to join our team in Saudi Arabia.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, implement, and manage API solutions using Google Apigee.
• Develop and maintain API proxies, shared flows, and reusable API components.
• Configure API security policies, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.
• Implement OAuth 2.0, JWT, and other API security standards.
• Manage API lifecycle activities, including deployment, monitoring, versioning, and troubleshooting.
• Integrate APIs with enterprise applications and backend services.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for API deployments.
• Work with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE).
• Monitor API performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure availability and scalability.
• Apply API governance, security, and performance best practices.

Job Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in API Management / Middleware technologies.
• At least 4 years of hands-on experience with Google Apigee X or Apigee Hybrid.
• Strong knowledge of OAuth 2.0, JWT, API Proxies, and Shared Flows.
• Hands-on experience with API security policies and API lifecycle management.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) / Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE).
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, API architecture, and integration patterns.
• Experience in API troubleshooting, monitoring, and performance optimization.
• Google Cloud Professional or Apigee certification is mandatory.
