Description
Job Purpose:
To support the Data Analytics function by extracting, analyzing, validating, and interpreting data to develop dashboards, reports, KPIs, visualizations, and actionable insights that support clinical, operational, and corporate decision-making across Fakeeh Care Group.
Key Responsibilities And Duties
Performing all duties and tasks in a manner that supports Fakeeh’s Person-Centered care values.
Actively contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, within the scope of the role.
Adherence to safety protocols and proactively seeking to address any job-related safety concerns.
Maintaining strict confidentiality of all sensitive information accessed or encountered during work.
Complying with cybersecurity policies and standards to protect Fakeeh’s systems and participating in awareness training and initiatives to prevent cyber threats.
Adhering to and upholding Fakeeh Care’s code of conduct, policies and ethical standards.
Completion of mandatory education as per the requirement, at least one month prior to expiration.
Requirements
Skills and Abilities:
IT Analyst: Minimum 2 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, data analysis, or a relevant field.
Senior IT Analyst: Minimum 4–5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, data analysis, or a relevant field, including experience in complex analysis, stakeholder engagement, dashboard/report development, and mentoring or guiding junior team members.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Health Informatics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Language
Excellent command of oral and written English and Arabic.

Key Responsibilities And Duties
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights.
- Extract, clean, validate, and prepare data from approved sources for analysis and reporting.
- Develop, maintain, and update dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
- Support KPI definition, calculation, validation, and performance reporting.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, consistency, and reliability in reports, dashboards, and analytics outputs.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and issue follow-up with relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with clinical, operational, and corporate stakeholders to understand data requirements and reporting needs.
- Support data governance activities, including data definitions, standardization, and documentation of approved reporting logic.
- Conduct advanced analytics, statistical analysis, and modeling where applicable.
- Communicate analytical findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
- Document data sources, business rules, calculations, assumptions, and report specifications.
- Support testing and validation of new dashboards, reports, analytics products, and data integrations.
- Participate in data governance audits, compliance activities, and data quality improvement initiatives.
- For Senior IT Analyst: Handle complex analyses with greater independence and engage directly with stakeholders to define requirements, validate outputs, and provide recommendations.
- For Senior IT Analyst: Mentor junior analysts and support the delivery of assigned analytics initiatives.
- Other duties as assigned within the scope of the job.

- Ability to gather requirements and translate them into reporting outputs.
- Knowledge of data quality validation, reconciliation, and standardization.
- Good understanding of data governance and reporting documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or other reporting tools.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
