The Role & Impact

As our Instructional Designer, you will be the architect of our educational ecosystem. You will play a pivotal role in shaping how knowledge is shared and retained, directly influencing the professional growth of our learners. Your work will bridge the gap between information and mastery, ensuring our Training programs are not just completed, but celebrated.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and Develop: Create high-quality, interactive Online Learning modules and instructional materials that adhere to Adult Learning Theory.

• Needs Analysis: Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning gaps and define clear educational objectives.

• Curriculum Innovation: Lead the Curriculum Development process, ensuring all content is pedagogically sound and technologically advanced.

• LMS Management: Oversee the deployment of content within Learning Management Systems (LMS) to ensure a seamless user experience.

• Quality Assurance: Continuously evaluate and iterate on existing training materials based on feedback and performance data.

Requirements

• Experience: Must possess 2-7 years of proven experience in Instructional Design and E-Learning Development.

• Core Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Online Learning strategies and Training methodologies.

• Technical Mastery: Hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline, Content Creation tools, and various Learning Management Systems (LMS).

• Methodological Knowledge: Deep understanding of Adult Learning Theory and the ability to conduct thorough Needs Analysis.

• Career Level: This is an Experienced level position requiring a candidate who can hit the ground running with minimal supervision.

• Location & Flexibility: Ability to work effectively in a Remote environment while being based in or near Jazan, Saudi Arabia.
