Job Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome customers in a courteous and friendly manner, understanding their needs and preferences; possess a thorough understanding of the products and services offered to explain them clearly and provide appropriate suggestions; present products and services, answer customer inquiries, and assist them throughout the purchasing process to achieve sales targets; contribute to organizing products and monitoring their availability on shelves and displays; participate in improving the showroom's appearance and product arrangement to enhance the shopping experience; complete sales transactions accurately and according to established cash handling procedures; collect customer feedback and convey it to management to improve products, services, and the customer experience; possess a friendly and courteous personality focused on customer satisfaction; and be able to work collaboratively as part of a team. Qualifications: Minimum high school diploma; additional training or education in sales or customer service is preferred; previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is required; excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential; basic computer skills are necessary for completing sales transactions; and willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, is required.
