Position Overview

The Sales Engineer is responsible for driving sales of REFCON’s products and solutions, identifying business opportunities, and building strong customer relationships. The role includes understanding customer needs, conducting technical presentations, preparing quotations and proposals, and managing the sales process through closing and after-sales support.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities for REFCON’s products and solutions.


• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.


• Conduct customer meetings, technical presentations, and site visits to understand project requirements.


• Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and relevant technical documentation.


• Negotiate commercial terms and follow up with customers to close sales.


• Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing and after-sales support.


• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.


• Coordinate with relevant internal teams to support order processing, delivery, and customer satisfaction.


• Meet assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.


• Minimum 3 years of sales experience.


• Ability to understand customer requirements and present suitable products and solutions.


• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.


• Ability to prepare quotations and sales proposals and follow up on sales opportunities.
