Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of parking management systems.
• Lead technicians and ensure work quality, safety, and timely project completion.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate repairs, spare parts, and supplier support.
• Identify new business opportunities in parking solutions, car park management, and valet parking services.
• Develop client relationships and conduct site visits to assess project requirements.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and BOQs.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related engineering field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in parking systems, technical projects, or equipment maintenance.
• Experience in supervising technicians and managing installation and maintenance activities.
• Knowledge of parking barriers, payment machines, access control systems, and parking management software.
• Experience in sales engineering, business development, and preparing technical and commercial proposals.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel to project sites.
