Technical Training Specialist – Cleaning Operations

About EverClean

EverClean is a professional cleaning and sterilization company in Riyadh. We deep-clean villas,

offices, restaurants, cafés, salons, mosques, chalets, and commercial facilities using steam,

ozone sterilization, and advanced Italian equipment. Our clients include corporate brands and

major events like Riyadh Season, and they expect the standard you see in airports and five-star

hotels, every time.

The Role

We are looking for a hands-on Technical Training Specialist who can turn our technicians into

true professionals. This is not a supervisor role and not basic housekeeping. You will teach our

teams how to deep-clean to a high, consistent standard, and how to operate heavy cleaning

equipment safely and correctly.

Your most important skill: you can teach. Knowing how to clean is not enough. You must be

able to explain, demonstrate, and check that each person has really learned it.

What You Will Do

• Train new and existing technicians in professional deep cleaning methods for homes, offices,

kitchens, carpets, sofas, glass, facades, and commercial sites

• Teach safe and correct use of heavy cleaning machines and equipment

• Teach teams how cleaning chemicals work: pH level, composition, which product to use on

which surface and stain, correct dilution, and what must never be mixed

• Train teams on chemical safety: side effects and health risks, PPE, safe storage, and first aid if

something goes wrong

• Run practical, hands-on sessions on real job sites and in training setups

• Build simple training materials (photos, short videos, checklists) that work for workers with

limited reading

• Test technicians after training and give each one clear feedback

• Visit job sites to check quality, spot problems, and retrain where needed

• Keep training records and report team progress to management

• Help set and update EverClean's cleaning standards and procedures

What We Need

• 3+ years of experience in professional cleaning, facility management, or cleaning training

(preferred)

• Strong spoken Hindi or Urdu. Bangla is a big advantage

• Professional English for training materials, reports, and communication with management

and clients

• Basic Arabic

• Proven, hands-on experience with heavy cleaning equipment, such as:

– Floor scrubber-dryers and single-disc rotary machines

– Carpet and upholstery extraction machines

– Industrial steam cleaners

– High-pressure washers

– Industrial wet/dry vacuums

– Ozone and sterilization equipment

• Strong technical knowledge of cleaning chemicals: the pH scale (acidic, neutral, alkaline), their

composition, what each is used for, their side effects and hazards, and how to read product

labels and safety data sheets (SDS)

• Knowledge of floor types and surface care (marble, granite, tiles, wood, fabric, glass), and

which chemicals can damage them

• A patient, confident, and respectful personality. Someone workers trust and want to learn

from

• Comfortable standing in front of a group and leading practical sessions

Strong Advantages

• Experience with a well-known facility management or cleaning company, or in airports,

hospitals, hotels, malls, or similar high-standard environments

• Previous work as a trainer, team leader, or training supervisor

• Any cleaning, equipment, or health & safety training certificates

• Valid transferable Iqama and a Saudi driving licence

Shortlisted candidates will complete a practical test, including operating equipment and
