Job description

Provide training, instructions, and driving lessons to trainees inside and outside the school, and ensure the vehicles are in good working condition to ensure compliance with approved rules and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Adhere to all relevant policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions to ensure work is carried out in an organized, consistent, and controlled manner.
• Follow up on day-to-day operations related to the job to ensure business continuity.
• Implement training plans and programs in accordance with established curricula to ensure adherence to standards.
• Provide driving lessons, including the basics of car mechanics, to trainees inside and outside the school to ensure various requirements are met.
• Inspect vehicles before lessons to ensure they are roadworthy.
• Inspect classrooms and the training field to ensure they are clean and suitable for use.
• Assist in preparing driving school reports accurately and on time, in accordance with Dallah requirements, management, policies, and approved standards.
• Adhere to all relevant health, safety, quality, and environmental policies, procedures, and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
• Perform other related tasks or assignments as directed.

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

• Diploma in a relevant field.
• Driving license.
• Driving instructor certificate.

Experience:

• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in training and education.
