Job Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new business opportunities in the Saudi Arabian market for TSCs colorant product lines.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients including manufacturers suppliers and distributors.
• Conduct product presentations demonstrations and technical support visits at client sites.
• Prepare and deliver accurate quotations negotiate terms and close sales to achieve or exceed assigned targets.
• Collaborate with the production and R&D teams to ensure product specifications meet client requirements.
• Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to propose product enhancements and new business strategies.
• Maintain uptodate records of sales activities pipeline and customer information in the CRM system.
• Participate in trade shows industry conferences and promotional events to increase brand visibility.
• Provide aftersales support and address any customer issues to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Chemistry Materials Science or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in Arabic and English.
• Strong negotiation abilities and a customerfocused mindset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.
• Valid Saudi driving license and willingness to travel within the region.

Desired Experience

• 24 years of proven sales experience in the chemical paint or related manufacturing sectors.
• Demonstrated success in acquiring and retaining B2B accounts preferably within the Gulf region.
• Technical knowledge of colorants pigments or related product formulations is highly advantageous.
• Experience working with ISOcertified environments (ISO9001/ISO14001) is a plus.
