About the Role

Albawani | البواني is seeking a Financial Modeler to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time individual contributor role responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing financial models to support strategic, investment, and financing decisions within the company, which operates in the construction industry.

Role Purpose and Impact

The Financial Modeler provides accurate and actionable financial insights to management, investment committees, and project teams. The role is central to informing key decisions by offering quantitative analysis and risk assessments.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and update complex financial models, including Cash Flow, IRR, NPV, Scenario Analysis, and Valuations.
• Conduct sensitivity and stress testing to evaluate financial risks associated with various scenarios.
• Support investment, M&A, and strategic decision-making processes through comprehensive quantitative analysis.
• Gather and validate financial and operational data from multiple sources, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of model assumptions and inputs.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management and investment committees.
• Clearly communicate financial insights, identified risks, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with finance, accounting, project, and legal teams to provide analytical support.
• Support due diligence processes for investment or financing transactions.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in financial modeling and analysis.

Internal and External Relationships

The Financial Modeler will interact regularly with various internal and external parties:

• Internal Contacts: Senior Management, Finance Teams, Project Teams, and Accounting.
• External Contacts: Banks, Investors, and Financial and Legal Advisors.

This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within the construction industry sector.
