• Coordinate and manage day-to-day business operations to ensure efficient, effective, and high-quality service delivery.

• Monitor operational performance, KPIs, SLAs, and service trends, and recommend actions to address gaps and improve results.

• Prepare management reports, dashboards, operational analyses, and presentations to support decision-making and performance reviews.

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, service quality, and customer experience.

• Act as a key operational point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, coordinating the resolution of business and service-related issues.

• Coordinate project resources, priorities, milestones, dependencies, and action plans to support timely and successful delivery.

• Lead or support operational projects and improvement initiatives, ensuring progress is tracked and risks or barriers are escalated appropriately.

• Ensure operational activities comply with organizational policies, governance frameworks, internal controls, and applicable regulatory requirements.

• Support operational risk management, business continuity planning, and corrective actions to maintain service stability and readiness.

• Contribute to business planning, operational governance, and organizational initiatives that support sustainable operational excellence.

. Minimum Qualifications

• Proven experience in business operations, operational excellence, project coordination, or business performance management.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

• Experience working with performance dashboards, KPIs, SLAs, and business reporting tools is preferred.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Management, Management Information Systems, or a related field.

• Professional certifications such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent are preferred.
