APEX Resources is seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join its Finance Team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This role is offered on a contract basis and requires a professional with significant experience in financial analysis and reporting.

Role Summary

The Finance Team provides essential support and insight for the business through comprehensive planning, analysis, and reporting. The team utilizes extensive data to inform critical decision-making across the global organization and to identify areas for improvement. A focus on digitization drives continuous improvement in the value provided by the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide regional FP&A and reporting for Corporate, a specific business unit, or a P&L within a business.
• Act as a business finance partner, assisting Operations in defining relevant growth plans.
• Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure performance across all organizational areas, including manufacturing, R&D, engineering, supply chain, and commissioning.
• Analyze performance and propose action plans to enhance profitability and cash generation, alongside corrective action plans as needed.
• Manage the business cycle, including the 3-year plan, annual budget, and forecasts at each organizational level.
• Offer advice and guidance to functional management or business functions on approaches, projects, and programs within the functional area, as well as ways of working.
• Contribute to significant business decisions or support business units in decision-making, understanding broader cross-functional implications.
• Communicate high-level concepts effectively to Senior Leadership and executives.
• Deliver specialized professional work, either individually or as part of multi-layered teams.
• Handle complex professional assignments within the department, often involving unique cases without precedent, emphasizing knowledge management and the development of new approaches.
• Lead, design, and implement projects.

Qualifications and Experience

• A thorough understanding, application, and mastery of financial planning and analysis approaches, theories, methodologies, and their application in a concrete organizational context.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis.

Work Environment

This role is based in Dammam, Eastern Region, and operates on a contract basis. The position involves working within a dynamic finance team that supports a global organization.
