About the Role

Abdullah Mohammed Al-Saqabi Sons Factory for Cement Products is looking for an Operations Manager to join its team in Buraydah, Qassim. This full-time role aims to directly oversee the planning, organizing, and operation of various equipment, while ensuring the availability of necessary resources to achieve maximum efficiency and effectiveness in operations.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Participate in preparing strategic and operational plans for operations, in line with established directions and priorities.
• Directly oversee the planning and organization of various equipment operations and follow up on the implementation of operational instructions.
• Ensure the provision of all technical and human resources necessary for the efficient and effective workflow.
• Follow up on, manage, and direct activities related to equipment operation, and ensure the optimal application of systems, regulations, and instructions.
• Follow up on the issuance processes for licenses and permits related to operations, in accordance with approved standards and conditions.
• Participate in reviewing and developing systems, regulations, and policies followed in the areas of equipment operation, and ensure their continuous updating.
• Review and study the Kingdom's needs for railways in relation to equipment.
• Follow up on the preparation of work and progress reports and present them to the specialized senior management.
• Brief senior management on challenges and developments related to equipment operation, and provide consultations on future issues and initiatives.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Practical experience ranging from 2 to 5 years in a field related to operations.
• A strong understanding of the principles of strategic and operational planning.
• The ability to manage and direct work teams efficiently.

Skills and Competencies

• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• The ability to follow up on the implementation of instructions and regulations accurately.
• Strong analytical skills for preparing reports and providing recommendations.
• The ability to identify and provide the resources necessary for operations.

Work Environment

The workplace is located in Buraydah, Qassim, and is on a full-time basis. The role requires continuous interaction with senior management and operational teams to ensure the achievement of set goals.
