About the Role

Diyar United Company is seeking an ICS/OT Information Security Architect to join their team in Al Khafji. This full-time position involves designing, implementing, and overseeing cybersecurity architecture and controls within Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and Operational Technology (OT) environments. The role requires a professional with 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and oversee cybersecurity architecture specifically for ICS/OT environments.
  • Develop and implement OT security controls, policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Assess OT/ICS networks, systems, and infrastructure to identify cybersecurity risks and vulnerabilities.
  • Apply recognized OT cybersecurity frameworks and standards, including IEC 62443, NIST CSF, and ISO/IEC 27001.
  • Ensure alignment with applicable Saudi National Cybersecurity Authority (NCA) OT cybersecurity requirements, including NCA OTTCC.
  • Collaborate with IT, OT, engineering, infrastructure, and operations teams to implement secure architectures.
  • Support risk assessments, security reviews, vulnerability management, incident response, and cybersecurity improvement initiatives.
  • Review and guide the implementation of network segmentation, firewalls, monitoring, access control, and other OT security controls.
  • Provide technical guidance on OT cybersecurity architecture, solutions, and projects.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in information security, with a focus on ICS/OT environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing cybersecurity architecture for industrial control systems.
  • Proficiency in developing and applying OT security controls, policies, and standards.
  • Familiarity with relevant cybersecurity frameworks such as IEC 62443, NIST CSF, and ISO/IEC 27001.
  • Understanding of Saudi National Cybersecurity Authority (NCA) OT cybersecurity requirements, including NCA OTTCC.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Al Khafji, Saudi Arabia, within a dynamic environment focused on securing critical industrial control systems.
